As a child, I grew up near Columbus, Ohio, watching my family work very hard. My father worked for a large corporation networking and computer programing. He was very dedicated, and excelled within the company. My mother worked as a personal house keeper to help supplement the family’s income. When my sister and I were very young, we would occasionally go to the different jobs with my mother. I often remember how she used to interact with these families as a friend, bringing gifts, such as cookies and pies,  just to bring a warm smile to their faces. She always presented herself beautiful, confident, and professional. Though, I often did not understand the work she did, or even the value behind these lessons I learned, it began molding a character in me for my future.

I began helping my mom at a very early age, of 14 years old, with various housecleaning jobs. Learning responsibility and good work ethics. The more well know my mother rose within the ranks of her wealthy clientele, the more highly recommended she became. Eventurally, she was working for some of the most famous and wealthy people in Ohio. I worked along side her in clients’ personal homes, such as Tanny Wolfe Crane; Crane Industries, and Dave Thomas; The Fouder of Wendy’s (Yes, the one and only!)

Overtime, I began acquiring my own clientele, learning structure, business development, but most importantly, that character I seen in both my parents, and the ability to be confident. That confidenance allowed me to be able to communicate better with clients and understand what their needs are and how to address them. By the time I was in my early 30’s, I was married, with 2 beautiful children, living in Colorado and began to trust in the confidence I had, and needed, to build my business. I too, found myself working for some of the most prestigous families, such as Stephen Smith; guitarist for Eddie Money, Radio talent and Co-owner of Cox. As I grew, I found myself being entrusted by clients with the utmost confidential sensitivities. This earned me a reputation and open doors to evolve my business, not only catering to residential, but expanding into the commercial realm.

Meanwhile, over the years, my husband had worked along side his dad, a licensed general contrator in the state of Florida, learning the ends and outs of the building industry. They’ve completed many new construction projects in both commercial and residential alike, including luxury, ocean front beach houses and restaurant chains, neighborhood development, and concrete grinding and polishing jobs. Amongst the remodel jobs was new decks, additions, bathtub to shower conversions, cabinet restorations, kitchen remodels, new floor installs, custom tile, and much more.

He became a Fiber Optics Inspector and later, became a Licensed Home Inspector in both the states of Indiana and Kentucky. These unique experiences have not only broadened his understanding and concept, but made him more well rounded in the building industry.
